This week..

..Has seen us start training with a lovely young girl who is the niece of one of my clients and who is facing a fitness entry test at Barcelona University, to gain entrance to their highly sought-after and world renowned Sports Science Degree qualifications to become an advanced personal trainer and leading on into physiotherapy.

There is a fairly tough physical entrance level and 9 weeks and counting until test day..

But she is young and bright and determined, and in generally good shape and health and will respond and recover extremely well so we’re feeling very positive about the prospects.

So we’re off and away 3 times per week, have a mock test set up for tomorrow to gauge exactly how far we have to go, and will update with progress, this should be really interesting.
