Whilst stress-busting is not our prime raison d'etre, a good Personal Trainer should be recognising the effects of stress on our Clients, and helping to address and reduce symptoms in the short-term through exercise, and in the longer-term work with the Client to try to reduce stress load and eliminate the physical effects.

Study after study has consistently shown exercise to be virtually unrivalled as the No.1 effective treatment or outlet for individuals suffering from the physical symptoms of Stress.
We have in the course of our work seen this in action countless times, and take great pleasure in seeing people realise the positive power this has on their lives.
