...BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PERSONAL TRAINING & HOLIDAY PACKAGES

GENERAL

Ibiza Personal Trainer provides a separate and independent service to our Clients on the island, that is not connected to, or affiliated with, either legally or financially, any other organisation that may be providing holidays or accomodation to said Clients.

All Services provided by Ibiza Personal Trainer (The Company) are covered in the Terms and Conditions below only, and no other organisation shall be liable in any way for any issue arising out of services provided under these terms.

PERSONAL TRAINING CONTRACT

We understand that life in Ibiza can be unpredictable and will make every effort to fit around your other commitments, but due to the high volume of business in the summer and competition for the same timeslots it is unfortunately necessary to charge cancellation fees in some instances. Details of this and all of our Terms and Conditions are as defined below.

i ) An unofficial "contract of mutual respect" between Client & Trainer shall be considered in force from the beginning of our first session :) The Trainer will endeavour to educate, motivate and inspire the Client.

ii) The Client need supply only themselves, determination and 100% honest effort as required.

iii) All Clients must have satisfactorily completed our medical screening form HERE and if necessary have consulted a doctor to ensure their fitness to attend an active holiday and perform exercise.

iv) A session booking is considered confirmed once your advance payment has been received by us, or following written or verbal confirmation by us that your timeslots are available and booked in your name.

CANCELLATIONS & CHARGES

If a pre booked-session is cancelled by the Client charges will be payable as below:

- Less than 2 weeks notice -- 25% Session Fee payable.

- Less than 48 hours notice - 50% Session Fee Payable.

- Less than 24 hours notice - 100% Session Fee Payable.
