Your Personal Training doesnt have to be in a gym, indeed we prefer not, unless desirable. It can be at your home, out in the fresh air, on the beach, in a pool, virtually anywhere suitable, and where you feel comfortable.

We will tailor your sessions to your individual needs and preferences and will always try to make your sessions as educational, challenging & enjoyable as possible.

Following your initial free consultation, and dependent on your specific aims, we will usually undergo a short fitness assessment to give us a benchmark, or start point.

The assessment usually includes a Cardio fitness check (..dont worry, its done lying down, relaxing, using a Polar Heart Monitor ;) body composition measurements, postural assessment, upper & lower body & core strength levels & current flexibility levels.

We will look to discover any other relevant factors, exercise history, medical or otherwise.

We will discuss and define your motivations and goals, and then commence on your personalised Training Program.
